2010 ASA Northern Nationals

12U Softball Tournament....

I apologize to those who didn't understand our process at the ASA Softball Tournament in the Fox Valley! In order to keep prices low for you the consumer, we had people order their shirts one day for delivery the next..... 24 hour turn around on 2 color, two sided screen printed souvenir t-shirt. Once we recieved the days orders, we order our product from Chicago and then printed when it got here UPS the next day. Your shirts only cost you $12.00 because of this process, but you had to wait 24- 28 hours for your product. This obviously proved to be too much for some people who wanted it now. Most people were very pleasant and recieved exactly what they ordered when we promised it, but for the people with little or no patience, I apologize to you for not making our process more clear. So at your next tournament  when you pay  that $25 to $30 for a t-shirt understand that we were only trying to save you money and printing what was needed. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you did order and pre-paid and have not recieved your shirts cause you had to leave, please drop me an email and I will gladly ship your shirts to you at my expense. If you did not get a chance to order a shirt, you will have til the end of August to still order your ASA souvenir shirts.
